Kevin prosecutes and litigates patents in a variety of technologies including medical devices, life sciences and various mechanical arts. His practice also includes intellectual property licensing, opinions and due diligence.
Kevin also maintains a comprehensive trademark practice, representing brands domestically and abroad. With respect to trademarks, this includes prosecution, portfolio management, and litigation. Kevin is also a member of the International Trademark Association.
Kevin is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, and a master’s degree in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Prior to attending law school, Kevin was employed in a Neurobiology laboratory examining the effects of neurotransmitters on innate species-specific behaviors and worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health designing and conducting epidemiologic studies. Kevin has authored numerous publications on intellectual property.
